A-Peeps:
Here is an idea for after the AP exam. I don't know if it will work or not, but how cool would it be if it did?!?:
AP Euro: the CCG
For those of you who don't know what a CCG is, it stands for Collectible Card Game. Imagine something akin to Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering or something along those lines with Charles V or Queen Victoria instead of Dire Lizards or Charmanders? Basically, you have resource cards, which allow you to play either character or monster cards OR actions... We have all in our curriculum! And more importantly, we have enough twisted and nerdy minds to make this work. We also have enough people in the class to keep the geekiest of us grounded in reality...
A-Peep 1: I play two nationalism cards, allowing me to then play my "Polish Revolt" card.
Jones: I play my "autocracy" card, followed by my "principle of intervention" card. Your Polish revolt has been crushed!
A-Peep 2: I play my "Lord Byron" card, which grants me a bonus against your autocracy. The European public favors the revolt!
Jones: Weak. I play my "Otto von Bismarck: realpolitik" card, befriending your "Byron" card, twisting public opinion against him and then stabbing him in the back when he least expects it.
Other A-Peeps watching: Woot!
Thoughts? This would take a lot of work, but with delegating the work and putting all of our various talents to work could be very fun and be a good way of "keeping it real" after the exam. Imagine it! Rob's "explanations", Alex's journalistic skills, any given A-Peep's creativity and wicked smart knowledge and Jessie's art all on one card... The combinations would be hilarious!

A-Peeps:
It has been awhile since I've spiced up the blog, if such a thing can be spiced. Mmm...spiced...
You'll notice an RSS feed bar on the right. I have no idea how RSS feeds work, but methinks that you can subscribe to the blog and get immediate updates every time somebody posts or comments on a post. Huzzah! (if it works)
