Post-Exam Movie History Thing...

A-Peeps:

I don't want the movie thing to be a distraction from your studies, but taking a few minutes here and there to think about your movie theme/list would not be a waste of time. Here are the criteria again:
+ Movies must be about content from our class (1450-present) or an acceptable tangent
+ You must have at least one film made by a European director. More than one would be preferable. (American or East Indian directors are fine, as you can discuss how their point of view might skew the message of the film)
+ You must pick five films and find copies of them yourself

One person in your group should have video editing software and/or the know-how to use it. You can do your presentation without it, but it is awkward to switch DVDs during a presentation. I can show you some free-ware that is great for ripping, editing and burning DVDs... I can also show you how to embed movie files into a PPT, but that can be more problematic.

Anyways, first come first served! I'll have a template for you soon!
