More Cold War stuff

Many argue that the Cold War did not end with the fall of the USSR. Here is proof that they are correct:

Keep in mind that North Korea and South Korea (and its ally, the US!) never signed a peace treaty ending the Korean War. Just a cease fire... Communism was contained, but it still simmers in the North.

There is another Cold War term which I probably should have included in the note card pile. (eep!) BRINKSMANSHIP. In essence, brinksmanship means keeping your nation "on the brink" of war at all times to keep your enemy in a state of panic and fear. Both the US and USSR practiced brinksmanship throughout the Cold War throughout most of its duration...
